REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION


University of Guelph Conference Services will be providing all registration services for this conference as well as on-campus accommodation. They will also provide links for those wishing to book accommodation at hotels close to the University of Guelph at special conference rates.

The provincial harmonized sales tax (HST) of 13% will be charged in addition to these fees.
Registration includes access to all presentations, breaks (at 8:00 am, mid-morning and mid-afternoon), lunch each day and the Welcome Reception on Monday June 17, 2019.

Registration does not include the Technical Tours on Day 3 (Wednesday June 19, 2019) nor the Gala dinner on Day 2 (Tuesday June 18, 2019). These are optional and will be charged separately.

REGISTRATION ON SITE
Will not be accepted. The final date for acceptance of registration is June 6, 2019. Payment is due at the time of registration.

STUDENT REGISTRATION
Is for undergraduate students currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate programme at a University or College and for graduate students currently enrolled in a full-time graduate degree programme (MSc, DVSc, PhD, clinical residency) at a University. Students who graduated Winter-Spring 2019 will also qualify for Student Registration. Students will be required to present a valid student ID when registering at the meeting.

GALA DINNER
Tickets for the dinner and entertainment will be sold separately. Cost will be $85 per person (+13% HST). Dinner will be at Creelman Hall and Ontario lamb will be served. We are planning some special entertainment to give you a bit of taste of rural Ontario culture. We promise you will enjoy the evening.
